Lead Times, Shipping, and International Delivery

GreenArtis helps clients plan lead times around screen type, quantity, finish direction, destination, and packing needs. This page is especially useful for villas, majlis projects, hotel interiors, restaurants, and export orders that need more than a simple parcel-style delivery answer.

Packaging & Delivery

Protective Packaging: Each screen is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and housed in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes to help reduce transit damage risk.

Lead Time: In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom-made pieces typically require 4-8 weeks for production, depending on complexity.

Global Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large projects.

Packaging Evidence for High-Value Orders

For large screens, international delivery, or project-based orders, packaging details should be confirmed before dispatch. When requested, GreenArtis can prepare order-specific packaging notes or photos so the buyer has a clearer record before shipment.

Outer carton or crate

Shows the external packing condition, label area, and handling marks before the shipment leaves the warehouse.

Corner and edge protection

Documents the protection around screen edges, frames, hinges, or decorative surfaces before final closure.

Product and label reference

Connects the packed item with the order, product reference, destination, and shipping label when available.

Important: Actual packaging photos should be attached to the specific order record and shared with the buyer directly when available. This page does not display private customer order photos without approval.

What affects lead time

  • Whether the order is ready-to-order or more project-led
  • Panel count, quantity, material direction, and finish detail
  • Destination country, delivery method, and customs requirements
  • Whether the project needs export packing or custom review before production

What to send before asking about delivery

  • The product link, screen style, or room reference you are considering
  • Quantity, destination, and whether the project is for Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, or another market
  • Approximate timeline, target handover, or opening date
  • Whether this is residential, designer-led, restaurant, hotel, or majlis-related

Export packing and GCC support

We support delivery planning for GCC and international projects where packing method, destination handling, and timing need to be reviewed before final confirmation. This is particularly relevant for villas, hotel suites, restaurant dividers, majlis interiors, and other spaces where the screen value is higher and the room condition is more specific.

Next step: Use Request a Quote when you are ready to share destination, quantity, and project details.
