Product confirmation
Confirm product title, product URL, panel count, finish direction, quantity, custom notes, and delivery destination before payment or production approval.
Pre-shipment evidence
Request pre-shipment photos of the screen, visible finish details, folding alignment, packaging layers, and outer carton or crate condition where applicable.
Document trail
For project orders, ask for invoice details, packing list, shipping method, consignee details, and customs documents required by your destination.
