Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of the GreenArtis website, product inquiries, quote requests, and purchases of folding screens, room dividers, art panels, and related services.
Product information and quotes
Product images, descriptions, availability, project advice, and shipping estimates are provided for reference and may require confirmation before order approval. Custom quotes depend on dimensions, panel count, quantity, finish direction, destination, reference images/style notes.
Payment and order approval
Orders may require invoice confirmation, production approval, and payment according to the agreed quote. Do not begin a custom project unless all specifications and terms have been reviewed.
Shipping and delivery
International shipping, customs, duty, taxes, site access, elevator dimensions, doorway clearances, and consignee contact details may affect delivery planning and cost.
Returns, damage, and custom orders
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos (item, packaging, shipping label).
- Request within 14 days of receipt (unused, original packaging).
- Made-to-order / bespoke pieces are reviewed case-by-case and may not be cancellable or returnable once production starts.
